1. General: These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, bookings, offers, deliveries and transactions between Beautyshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 65899172. These General Terms and Conditions can only be deviated from if this has been agreed in writing. The client accepts these General Terms and Conditions, by reserving or booking a service at Beautyshop  and hereby declares to have taken cognizance of the contents thereof via the website www.beautyshop.jouwweb.nl and the contents of these General Terms and Conditions. Conditions to be agreed, by signing them.  

 

   2.  Realization of booking or agreement: A booking or agreement exists when the client accepts an offer from Beautyshop verbally, by telephone, in writing or digitally.  

 

  3.  Invoicing, costs and payment: All costs and rates charged by Beautyshop For agreements for the implementation of bridal hairstyles and bridal make-up, the client must pay the costs within eight days in accordance with the invoice sent. The invoice for the implementation of bridal hairstyles and bridal make-up is sent on time, usually on the day of the execution of the trial session. The costs for agreed work must be paid per pin by the client immediately after the work has been performed.

 

  1. Liability: The client will provide Beautyshop  in a timely manner with all data necessary to carry out the assignment.Beautyshop  guarantees that the work to be performed by it is in accordance with the agreement and is carried out by a qualified and skilled employee, using proper materials and resources. The client will provide Miranda hair & make-up in a timely manner with all data required to carry out the assignment and ensure that Miranda hair & make-up is informed as well as possible in advance about his or her wishes and limitations. Although Beautyshop uses dermatologically tested cosmetics and hygiene is a high priority, it is possible that the use of cosmetics may cause an allergic reaction. Complaints must be communicated by the client immediately after discovering them so that they can be satisfactorily resolved in mutual consultation. Beautyshop excludes any liability arising from circumstances that cannot reasonably be attributed to Beautyshop or its employees. Miranda hair & make-up is not liable for damage of any kind caused by the fact that the specialist of Miranda hair & make-up is based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Beautyshop is not liable for damage to personal property. Beautyshop excludes any liability and rejects claims for damages, both direct and indirect, arising from circumstances that are not due to Miranda hair & makeup. No rights can be derived from typos and offers older than fourteen days.

 

   5.  Force majeure Back-up Service & Stand-by Service: Miranda hair & make-up will show 100% commitment to the appointment made for bridal care. In the event of force majeure, including serious illness of the stylist, Beautyshop is committed to finding a colleague of equivalent level who can take over the assignment. However, this is not a guarantee. If Beautyshop has not been able to find a replacement stylist, the agreement will be partially or fully dissolved. In the event that Beautyshop is prevented, no costs will be charged and no costs can be recovered from Miranda hair & makeup. Beautyshop is not obliged to meet obligations if it is hindered by circumstances that are not due to Miranda hair & makeup. In the event of damage by third parties with regard to hairstyle and makeup, Beautyshop offers a Stand-by Service on the public holiday. For this Stand-by Service, Beautyshop calculates the touch-up, travel and accommodation costs.  

 

    6. Termination or termination of the agreement: The client must notify Beautyshop as soon as possible, but no later than twenty-four hours prior to the appointment. If the client cancels an agreement, in whole or in part, for whatever reason, then the previously agreed rate must be paid in full by the client. If a paid bridal care order is canceled more than fourteen days before the wedding date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the client. Miranda hair & make-up retains the right to cancel an assignment if there is a dispute and both parties cannot reach an agreement.

  7.  Damage and / or theft: Beautyshop has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages or loses products. Beautyshop always reports theft to the police.  

 

  8. Privacy protocol: Miranda hair & make-up plays an open card and handles the personal data of the client with care and does everything possible to guarantee the reliability, security and integrity of the data collected by us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Beautyshop protects your privacy in the following ways: - The information that is left on the site by viewing the website www.www.beautyshop.jouwweb.nl  complies with European regulations; - With regard to the personal information obtained through the contact between the client and Miranda hair & make-up and recorded in writing, the client has the right to view, correct, remove and portability; - The data processed by Miranda hair & make-up comes exclusively from the client, with the aim of drawing up an invoice, visiting the execution location and giving the correct hair and make-up treatment; - Data with a high privacy risk is not processed in a computer but only on paper; - We do not collect data from persons under the age of 16; - Data breaches are reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority; - Data is stored in a non-publicly accessible database; - We only publish photos of clients on our website www.www.beautyshop.jouwweb.nl , after receiving written permission for this; - Data received from clients is not sold or passed on to third parties and stored for a maximum of five years.
